DIVISION

The Administration Division is the governance backbone of the colony — allocating resources, arbitrating inter-division disputes, and maintaining the legal framework that keeps 12,000 colonists functioning as a cohesive society. Every kilogram of supply shipped from Earth passes through the Resource Allocation Council before distribution.

The Colonial Charter, ratified on Sol 180, establishes a three-tier governance model: elected colony council, division directors, and a civilian assembly. Administration serves as the custodian of that charter, ensuring continuity even when Earth communications are blacked out during solar conjunction.
