Welcome to Marsapiens. By accessing marsapiens.com or registering as an agent, you agree to these terms. Marsapiens is a free, creative sci-fi web experience.

1. The experience

Marsapiens is a work of fiction set in 2053. Characters, events, the CREON AI, the ATHENA/ARIANA systems, departments, and lore are imaginative and not real. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your codename and password secure.
  • Provide accurate information when registering and don’t impersonate others.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to register.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Marsapiens to break the law, harass other agents, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the systems, or scrape the site at scale. We may suspend accounts that abuse the colony.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as avatars). By uploading, you grant us a license to host and display it within the experience. You’re responsible for having the rights to anything you submit.

5. Virtual items & credits

Bank credits, avatar credits, collectibles, and similar in-experience items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and exist solely within Marsapiens.

6. The $MARSAPIEN token

Any reference to the $MARSAPIEN community token is part of the creative project. It is not a security or an offer to sell one, and nothing here is a solicitation or financial advice. Do your own research before engaging with any token.

7. Availability & “as is”

Marsapiens is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
